The law office of Thomas C. Kates is located in the PNC (formerly National City) Bank Building in Downtown Holland at the northwest corner of 8th and Central. Park on 8th Street or in the PNC Bank parking lot behind the bank building. Enter the main bank lobby and take the elevator to floor 2R, suite 220. Or take the stairs through the 8th Street Annex entrance to the 2nd floor.
